Step 01: Objective Setting

An initial meeting to clearly outline objectives, expectations and actions for your coaching programme. This could include discussion with your direct line manager or corporate sponsor, review of 360° performance feedback, and/or outcomes from psychometric profiling tools.

Step 02: Welcome

You’ll receive a comprehensive and personalised Welcome Pack, including our Ruby Red Evolved Thinking Kit with tools to spark insight, and boost innovative and creative thinking.

Step 03: Coaching Programme

Typically includes 6, 9 or 12 tailored 90-120 minute sessions. Additional check-ins and progress assessments at the half-way and end points.

Step 04: Logistics

We work across the UK and around the world. All coaching sessions can be held in person, by phone, or video.

Step 05: Bonus

As a Ruby Red coaching client, you will have access to your coach via email throughout the programme. You’ll also be granted complimentary access to one of our masterclasses, which we host throughout the year around a variety of specialist topics.
