HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…

Leadership+Evolved+-+Shape+01.png — Step 01: **Objective Setting**

An initial meeting to clearly outline objectives, expectations and actions for your coaching programme. This could include discussion with your direct line manager or corporate sponsor, review of 360° performance feedback, and/or outcomes from psychometric profiling tools.

You’ll receive a comprehensive and personalised **Welcome Pack**, including our **Ruby Red Evolved Thinking Kit** with tools to spark insight, and boost innovative and creative thinking.

Typically includes 6, 9 or 12 tailored 90-120 minute sessions. Additional check-ins and progress assessments at the half-way and end points.

We work across the UK and around the world. All coaching sessions can be held in person, by phone, or video.
